Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist with a strong desire to serve, lead, and consistently deliver value to our company's members professionally.

The Lead Generation Specialist is in charge of identifying and qualifying opportunities from a variety of sources, including search engines, e-mail notifications, webinars, and selected requests submitted via the company's website. The leads are distributed to the appropriate sales, marketing, and/or operations representative.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market/opportunity research via internet, social media and direct contacts.
  • Document calls/contacts and research through the use of our current CRM platform.
  • Collaboratively work with the Sales Team to develop lead generation strategies to define focus areas and locate prospective customers
  • Effectively communicate with Sales Leadership on status of lead generation projects and work collaboratively through obstacles

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Ability to pivot focus to various projects as business dictates
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion and adhering to strict deadlines and metrics.
  • Inbound/Outbound call center experience
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and Word
  • Salesforce experience highly desired
